Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some items have a flat shipping rate of €7

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days depends on availability. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery times vary depending on your location: Domestic Shipping: 5-10 business days. International Shipping: up to 15 business days. Custom-made items or products requiring special handling may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can monitor its progress.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your items. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary. At checkout, you can also opt for shipment insurance to protect against loss or theft.
